Cervante Burrell learned his hard work ethic and determination from his father, which led him to become a Division I athlete. His efficiency led him to receive a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Seattle University and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Burrell began his career by going back home to Sacramento and becoming the youngest Dean of Students at his alma mater Sacramento Charter High School. There, Burrell founded a non-profit organization whose mission was to reward students’ integrity through adversity.
Currently, Burrell is the founder and CEO of Uleva Respite Care Agency. His business serves families around the Bay Area who have a loved one on the autism spectrum. As he works hands-on with families, he strives to improve the quality of life for the individuals Uleva serves.
Burrell has always held a career where the job was bigger than him. He believes he can change the world one person at a time which pinpoints his life’s purpose. Being passionate in positively affecting other lives is what drives him daily. Silent Nameless was created to share his life’s journey of pain, love, and joy, where he aims to empower the reader with his poetry.
