How to Become a Successful Writer - Tip # 21

21. Keep the flow going.
If you find when writing that it’s clicking for you, keep writing! I find that this is when I get my best work done because it’ so effortless. Whether you are just freewriting or you have a story/scene in mind, do your best to keep the momentum up. As I mentioned previously in Tip #7, freewriting is the best way to get your juices flowing. At this point, you don’t need to concern yourself with spelling or punctuation mistakes; all of this can be corrected during the drafting/editing process, so get to writing! Of course, there may be distractions along the way, but as long as you remain focused, you’ll be fine.
