35. Meditate.

 

Meditation Benefits:

  • Reduces stress

  • Improves concentration

  • Encourages a healthy lifestyle

  • Increases self-awareness

  • Increases happiness

  • Increases acceptance

  • Slows aging

  • Benefits cardiovascular and immune health

    This tip is just a general life tip. Meditation is one of the best things that I have discovered. At first, I found it hard to really focus on ‘nothing’. Even when I was trying to think about nothing, I was thinking about something, but once I figured out how to control my breathing, everything else fell right into place. Now, meditation is my go-to for everything. We have a million thoughts cross our mind each day, so it’s nice to clear out some space now and then. Having a clear head can definitely help with writing. Sometimes, you may get frustrated or even feel burned out, so take 10 or 15 minutes for yourself and just...breathe.
